WARRANTY

Sahara guarantees all its products for a period of 10 years.

Sahara guarantees its products from the date of delivery of the material to its Official Distributor. All intermediaries between the distributor and the final consumer must notify the defect to their direct supplier. Only claims documented with the proof of purchase of the Sahara system presented within the period covered by the warranty will be accepted.
Sahara products are designed, tested and manufactured by Nevaluz Sevilla S.L. and are intended exclusively for sun and rain protection.
The warranty covers all complete (installed) systems and accessories supplied by Sahara.
Accessories are understood to mean CNC machined aluminum accessories, aluminum profiles or sheet metal supplied by Sahara. As well as, Sahara systems assembled according to the steps indicated by Sahara.

CERTIFIED WARRANTY

Confidence always begins with the certainty of making good decisions, and the best proof that our products stand the test of time and use is with a warranty of 10-year on profiles and components. A guarantee Lasting Quality guaranteed by the most prestigious national and international certificates.

The Standard UNE EN 13561:2004 + A1:2009 certifies through scientific tests the different quality characteristics of exterior solar protection products. This standard is mandatory throughout Europe. Tests performed:

  • Wind resistance : Awnings Class 3 (49 km/h)
  • Water or snow bagging : Pergolas Class 6 (80kg/m2)
  • Color stability.
  • Absence of appearance degradation.
  • Breaking strength.
  • Corrosion resistance.
  • Dimensional stability.
