TECHNOLOGY
The CNC produces solid turned, high precision micron-scale components on all programmed parts. The aluminium block is milled, profiled and polished resulting in a perfect part with no internal porosity or other surface defects of traditional machines. Operating 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, it does with a single program what other processes must be divided between several machines.
