The CNC produces solid turned, high precision micron-scale components on all programmed parts. The aluminum block is milled, profiled and polished resulting in a perfect part without internal porosity or other surface defects of traditional machines. Operating 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, it performs with a single program what other processes must be divided into several machines.
